In 2014, Team Industry 14u returned! Under new leadership by varsity assistant coach Jonathan Reyes, Team Industry 14u was looking to restore its name as it rose to prominence in 2011. The last time Team Industry 14u was mentioned, it was back in May of 2011 when Coach Troy led them to their first League Championship. With twelve new players, Team Industry 14u stopped at no hesitation to bring home their first championship of the year along with the 17u team winning the NBN Winner Take All Tournament. Ever since then the rest was history and Team Industry 14u took off. With two new additions along the way, Team Industry 14u finished the season 12-5 winning one championship and two second place finishes at the Swoosh Spring Showcase and the NBN Post-Memorial Day Tournament.

In the late summer session of 2014, Team Industry 17u said goodbye to its senior class and it was off to the races in the new regime. With new faces such as Kelvin Mirhan, Stone Franco, Boris Huang and Jonathan Barajas, Team Industry was about to enter the 2014 Swoosh Labor Day Classic. Despite losing in the semi-finals, Team Industry knew they had to make the necessary adjustments along the way to end the season properly. In the final tournament of the season Team Industry went 1-2 in the NBN Labor Day Tournament ending their season 27-11.

In the fall of 2014, Team Industry 14u participated in a two month fall season that took a portion of the early 2014 team into Garden Grove and Downey to prepare for the 2015 season. Despite a slow start, Team Industry finished the fall season 5-4 winning the 2014 Swoosh Halloween Classic under the leadership of Juan Covarrubias.
