Team Industry Basketball

In 2024, Team Industry completed yet another successful campaign with two championships combined between the 17u and 16u teams. Lady Industry finished their second season behind Coach Juan Covarrubias with great showings in the Focus Basketball Spring Classic and the San Diego Memorial Invitational. This year, Team Industry Basketball will showcase four teams including our 17u, 16u and two Lady Industry teams (17u and 16u).

In his fourteenth year, Coach Troy Beverly returns to the 17u division. Last season his 17u team won their second consecutive PTBA Summertime Classic Championship. The 17u team features fourth year returners Steven Julio, Tony Daher, Ricardo Jacobo and Elijah Sumi-Scruggs. Vince Diaz and Adrian Vazquez round up the guard play returning for their second year. Rounding up the front court features the return of Jaden Cardenas who returns to the team for the first time since the 2023 season. Newcomers include Noah Leanos, Nathan Chung, Francisco Barrios, Joseph Rojas and Jayson Davis.

Coach Juan Covarrubias returns to the travel ball circuit to lead both Lady Industry 17u and 16u. Lady Industry 17u features the return of Cailei Buna, Nicole Coronel, Janelle Ortiz, Ryann Huang and Lauren Huang. Newcomers include Ligia Gonzalez, Nadia Zepeda, Natalia Barajas, Daysha Garcia, America Lazalde and Ariana Perez. Lady Industry 16u will feature Sonya Luu, Evanna Malloy, Kimberly Landaverde and Isabelle Renteria.

Returning to the sidelines with the 15u team is Coach Dylan Grajeda who last year led his 15u team to a PTBA Summertime Classic Championship. Expecting to the lead the charge for his 15's are returners Jason Medina and Dylan Chen. Newcomers to the team are Spencer Padilla, Jacob Curiel, Rodolfo Salazar, Vincent Liu, Noah Alvarez, Ayden Peraza, Ben Perez and Matthew Palomino. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
